Dept. 1 Room Resort Style at EPIC Residences

House Rules:

- Prohibited parties or events.

- Excessive cleaning: if the property is left in abnormally dirty conditions (pots with food, excess garbage, strong stains, dirty furniture or walls), an additional charge of $180 USD will be applied.

- Local guests: must communicate before booking.

- Visitors: night visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed. Any additional guest will be charged according to the current Airbnb rate.

- Minors: young people from 12 years old are welcome, but they must be included in the reservation.

- Maximum capacity: no more than 4 people inside the property at any time.

- Community rules: all the rules indicated within the property must be complied with.

- Additional fees:

- Smoking inside the apartment: $150 USD per day.

- Late departure not authorized: $20 USD.

- Loss of keys: $130 USD for replacement of keys and lock.

- Failure to comply: violating the rules may result in expulsion without refund.

- Good use of the property: the guest agrees to take care of the apartment and not cause damage due to disagreements with the host or Airbnb.

- Damages or non-compliance: if the misuse of the property generates compensation to the next guest, the current guest must cover those costs.

- It is forbidden to remove items: it is not allowed to take out utensils, items or furniture outside the apartment or the complex.
