Vacation Rental Service Conditions

Reservations and Payments:

- Reservation: To confirm a reservation, a down payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 day before the start of the stay.

- Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, cash or online payment platforms.

3. Cancellation and Modification:

- Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival date will only be refunded 50% of the invoice value.

- Modification: Any changes to dates, guests or length of stay may be subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.

4. Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival to cover possible damages or unpaid extras. This deposit will be refunded within 3 days of checkout, subject to a damage inspection.

5. House Rules:

- Occupancy: The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.

- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed.

- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the property.

- Noise and Conduct: Guests are expected to respect neighbours and avoid excessive noise, especially between 10pm and 9am.

- No loud parties or events that disturb other guests are prohibited.

5. Guest Responsibilities:

- The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property, including furniture and appliances, during their stay.
