- Airport Transportation: Wondering how to get there? We offer a cab service at an approximate cost of US$40 to or from the airport for your convenience. Make your request in advance to ensure availability.

- Amenities Included: Enjoy fresh towels and linens, as well as free Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. All our sheets and towels are new to ensure your comfort. We will check their condition at the time of your departure, and an additional charge will be applied in case of stains.

- About the payment of electric energy:

Option 1: We give you 25 kwh of energy, any excess will be charged the rate of USD$ 1 for each additional 1kWh.

Option 2: For a fixed cost of USD$20.00 per day, enjoy unlimited consumption.

Option 3: Pay for the energy yourself, you will be provided with the meter number and you will be able to recharge your electricity through Carol's pharmacies.

However, drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwasher detergent and body soap are available at your accommodation. 1.- No parties or events are allowed. 2.- If the property is found in very poor clean condition after your departure, beyond what a polite guest leaves it. Example: Leaving pots and pans with food leftovers in the kitchen, excess garbage in the garbage cans, stains on the floor, stains on the furniture or bed, dirty walls, these are examples of bad conditions. We will charge an additional fee of $180 USD. 3.-Local people must contact us before booking. 4.- Overnight visitors that are not on your reservation are not allowed.
