1.- No parties or events are allowed. 2.- If the property is found in very poor clean condition after your departure, beyond what a polite guest leaves it. Example: Leaving pots and pans with food leftovers in the kitchen, excess garbage in the garbage cans, stains on the floor, stains on the furniture or bed, dirty walls, these are examples of bad conditions. There will be an additional charge of $180 USD. 3.-Local people must contact us before booking. 4.- Overnight visitors that are not on your reservation are not allowed. If it is not mentioned that it will be in the reservation, will be charged the value that is marked in the application at that time as an additional guest. 5.- Youngsters from 12 years old are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in their reservation. 6.- There can be no more than 4 people in or on the property at any given time. 7.- Guests will respect and follow all community rules listed inside the house or on the property. 8.- You are aware of and accept the following fees: a) smoking: $200 USD for each day you are in the apartment smoking. b) late check-out: $20 USD if your departure is not authorized for late check-out. c) lost keys: $130 USD in replacement of keys and locks from lost keys. 9.- A violation of the house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without refund. 10.- You agree to book in goodwill and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host in the event of a violation of the host's rules. 11.- If a breach of the house rules leads us to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs. 12.- It is not allowed to take utensils, articles or furniture out of the apartment outside the complex.
