General Information: - Airport Transportation: Wondering how to get there? We offer a cab service costing approximately US$40 to or from the airport for your convenience. Make your request in advance to ensure availability. - We offer sightseeing services, by reservation. - Amenities Included: Enjoy fresh towels and linens, as well as free Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. All our sheets and towels are new to ensure your comfort. We will check their condition upon check-out, and an additional charge will be applied in case of stains. - About the payment of electric energy: The cost of energy would be $8 per night. Suggestion for your arrival: Before your arrival, we advise you to visit a supermarket to stock up. However, drinking water, coffee, sugar, dish detergent and body soap are available at the lodge. It is important to note that each guest is responsible for replenishing these items during their stay. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

1.- No parties or events are allowed. 2.- If the property is found in very poor clean condition after your departure, beyond what a polite guest leaves it. Example: Leaving pots and pans with food leftovers in the kitchen, excess garbage in the garbage cans, stains on the floor, stains on the furniture or bed, dirty walls, these are examples of bad conditions. We will charge an additional fee of $180 USD. 3.-Local people should contact us before booking. 4.- Overnight visitors that are not on your reservation are not allowed. If it is not mentioned that you will be in the reservation, we will charge the value that is marked in the application at that time as an additional guest. 5.- Young people from 12 years old are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in their reservation. There can be no more than 4 people in or on the property at any given time. 7.- Guests will respect and follow all community rules listed inside the house or on the property. 8.- You are aware of and accept the following fees: a) smoking: $200 USD for each day you are in the apartment smoking. b) late check out: $20 USD if your departure is not authorized for late check out. c) lost keys: $130 USD in replacement of keys and locks from lost keys. 9.- A violation of the house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without refund. 10.- You agree to book in good will and will not attempt to damage the property.
