How to get to your location


EPIC Residences Punta Cana has direct access through the Boulevard Turístico del Este, one of the main roads in the area. Upon arrival, you will enter through the security gate (controlled access). The most practical way to get there is by private vehicle or taxi/transfer.


Transportation available


Taxi and transportation apps: available in Punta Cana/Bávaro; recommended for transfers to shopping centers, beaches and restaurants.


Private transfers: comfortable option from/to the airport (ideal if you travel with suitcases).


Public transport: exists in Bávaro-Punta Cana (local routes/guaguas and motoconchos), but it is not usually the most comfortable option for visitors; it is recommended mainly for short and experienced journeys in the area.

- Excessive cleaning: if the property is left in abnormally dirty conditions (pots with food, excess garbage, strong stains, dirty furniture or walls), an additional charge of $180 USD will be applied.

- Visitors: night visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed. Any additional guest will be charged according to the current Airbnb rate.

- Minors: young people from 12 years old are welcome, but they must be included in the reservation.

- Maximum capacity: no more than 4 people inside the property at any time.

- Additional fees:
