EPIC Residences Punta Cana has direct access from Boulevard Turístico del Este, one of the main roads in the area. Upon arrival, you will enter through the security gate (controlled access). The most convenient way to arrive is by private car or taxi/private transfer.

Transportation options

Taxis and ride-hailing apps: available in Punta Cana/Bávaro; recommended for shopping areas, beaches, and restaurants.

Private airport transfers: a comfortable option to and from the airport (especially with luggage).

Public transportation: local options exist (shared vans/“guaguas” and motorbike taxis), but they are generally less convenient for most visitors; best for short trips and for guests familiar with the area.

1.- Parties or events are not allowed. 2.- If the property is in very bad cleaning conditions after your departure, beyond what a polite guest leaves it. Example: Leaving pots and pans with food scraps in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, stains on the furniture or the bed, dirty walls, these are examples of bad conditions. We will make an additional charge of $180 USD. 3.-Local people must communicate before booking. 4.- Visitors are not allowed at night who are not in their reservation. If it is not mentioned that it will be in the reservation, the value that is marked in the application at that time as an additional guest will be charged. 5.- Young people from 12 years old are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in their reservation. 6.- There can be no more than 6 people inside or on the property at a given time. 7.- The guests will respect and follow all the rules of the community listed within the house or on the property. 8.- You know and accept the following rates: a) smoking: $200 USD for each day you are in the apartment smoking. b) late departure: $20 USD if your departure is not authorized to leave late. 9.- A violation of the house rules may result in the immediate expulsion of all guests without refund. 10.- You agree to book willingly and will not try to damage the property because you are not satisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host in case of a violation of the host's rules. 11.- If non-compliance with the house rules leads us to discount or reimburse the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs. 12.- It is not allowed to take utensils, items or furniture out of the apartment outside the complex.
